Is IgE useful for Fruchtbarkeit?

IgE (immunoglobulin E) is primarily associated with allergies, not fertility. In fertility assessment, other biomarkers such as hormones (FSH, LH, AMH) or semen parameters are standard. There is no robust evidence from randomized trials or guidelines supporting routine IgE testing for fertility evaluation.
