Can AMH help with longevity?

AMH (Anti-Müllerian hormone) is a well-established marker of ovarian reserve in women, but it is not a validated biomarker for longevity. Some observational studies suggest a link between later menopause (higher AMH at older ages) and extended lifespan, but the evidence is weak and mostly mechanistic. AMH does not predict overall health or life expectancy in men or women. MyBody-X tests are designed for reproductive health, not longevity. Do not rely on AMH as an anti-aging marker; consult a physician for lifespan-related questions and focus on validated factors like diet, exercise, and cardiovascular risk markers.
