How are AllergieCheck | IgE-Antikörper Test and weight loss related?

An IgE allergy test measures specific antibodies to allergens, not directly metabolism or weight regulation. There is no strong scientific evidence that such a test alone leads to weight loss. However, indirect links may exist: undiagnosed food allergies or intolerances can promote inflammation, which may impair metabolism. An elimination diet based on IgE results could then result in weight loss if inflammation-related water retention or cravings are reduced. But the evidence is weak and mostly mechanistic. The test is primarily intended for allergy diagnosis, not weight loss. Without medical supervision, unnecessary elimination diets can even cause nutrient deficiencies.
