A Fertility Check (e.g., measuring AMH, FSH, LH) can indicate hormonal imbalances that may be linked to fatigue—such as thyroid dysfunction or progesterone issues. However, fatigue is a highly nonspecific symptom with many causes (sleep, stress, nutrition, infections). The test alone does not establish a causal relationship.
