What to watch with AllergieCheck | IgE-Antikörper Test and Müdigkeit?

The AllergieCheck (IgE antibody test) measures specific IgE against common allergens. Fatigue can be a non-specific symptom in untreated allergies, e.g., due to sleep disruption from hay fever or the immune response itself. However, fatigue is not a direct marker for IgE-mediated allergy. Caution: a positive IgE result does not automatically mean fatigue is allergy-related – many other causes (iron deficiency, thyroid, sleep apnea, stress) are more common. The test can help identify an allergic component but does not replace medical workup. Evidence: human-moderate for allergy diagnostics, but weak for the link to fatigue. No validated genetic or biomarker for fatigue alone. Practice: if fatigue accompanies allergy symptoms (sneezing, itching, stuffy nose), the test may be useful; for isolated fatigue, it is not indicated.
