Can hsCRP help with Müdigkeit?

hsCRP (high-sensitivity C-reactive protein) is a marker of systemic inflammation. Chronically elevated levels can indicate a low-grade inflammatory state that may contribute to fatigue, low energy, and malaise – for example in subclinical inflammation, autoimmune conditions, or metabolic dysfunction. However, hsCRP is not a specific test for fatigue. Many other causes (sleep deprivation, stress, thyroid issues, iron deficiency, mental health) are more common. An elevated hsCRP should be seen as a clue, not a diagnosis. The evidence linking hsCRP to fatigue is moderate and based on observational studies. A normal hsCRP does not rule out inflammatory fatigue; an elevated level warrants further medical investigation. In MyBody-X, hsCRP is measured as part of inflammation and metabolic panels – useful as part of a comprehensive assessment, not as a standalone fatigue test.
