How are IgE Allergietest and fatigue related?

An IgE allergy test measures specific antibodies to allergens. A direct link to general fatigue is not strongly supported by evidence. IgE-mediated allergies (e.g., hay fever) can indirectly cause tiredness through histamine release, sleep disruption, or chronic inflammation. However, chronic fatigue usually has other causes (iron deficiency, thyroid issues, sleep apnea). The test alone is not a diagnostic tool for fatigue.
