Evidence check: AllergieCheck | IgE-Antikörper Test in the context of Müdigkeit

The MyBody-X AllergieCheck (IgE antibody test) measures specific IgE antibodies against common allergens. It can help identify allergic sensitization, which may contribute to fatigue in some individuals – for example, through allergic rhinitis (hay fever) causing sleep disruption or chronic immune activation. However, fatigue is a very nonspecific symptom with many possible causes (iron deficiency, thyroid function, sleep apnea, stress, etc.). The test is not a diagnostic tool for chronic fatigue or ME/CFS. Evidence for a direct link between IgE and fatigue is moderate (human, but mostly associative). Caveat: This is a direct-to-consumer product; medical interpretation is recommended to avoid misinterpretation.
