What to watch with Fertility Check and blood sugar?

The MyBody-X Fertility Check analyzes genetic variants linked to fertility (e.g., hormone metabolism, cycle regulation). However, the evidence is weak: most associations are polygenic with small effect sizes. The test cannot diagnose or predict individual fertility. Blood sugar does affect fertility – especially in PCOS or insulin resistance. A separate blood sugar test (fasting glucose, HbA1c) is useful but not offered by MyBody-X. Consult an endocrinologist or gynecologist before making decisions based on such genetic tests.
