Is TSH useful for Allergie?

TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) is primarily a marker for thyroid function, not for allergies. While thyroid dysfunction (e.g., Hashimoto's) may correlate with allergic conditions, TSH alone is neither a diagnostic nor a predictive biomarker for allergies. Standard allergy testing relies on specific IgE antibodies or skin prick tests. The evidence for TSH's utility in allergy assessment is weak and mechanistic.
