Is Cardio Risk Check useful for fatigue?

The Cardio Risk Check (e.g., blood pressure, cholesterol, hsCRP, ApoB) is primarily designed to assess cardiovascular risk, not to diagnose fatigue. Fatigue has many potential causes – iron deficiency, thyroid dysfunction, sleep apnea, depression, chronic inflammation, or even undetected heart disease. A cardiovascular screening may be relevant if fatigue is accompanied by chest pain, shortness of breath, or exercise intolerance. Without such signs, the test is not a useful tool for fatigue workup. Evidence is based on clinical practice, not on studies evaluating the check specifically for fatigue. A normal cardio result does not rule out other causes. For persistent fatigue, a physician should perform a comprehensive evaluation (complete blood count, metabolic panel, hormones, psychological factors). The Cardio Risk Check alone is insufficient.
