How are Nährstoffcheck and Müdigkeit related?

The MyBody-X Nährstoffcheck measures nutrients like vitamin D, B12, and iron. Deficiencies in these can indeed cause fatigue – iron deficiency anemia and B12 deficiency are well-known triggers. However, this is a consumer test, not a diagnostic tool. Accuracy and reference ranges may differ from clinical lab tests. Fatigue is a very nonspecific symptom with many possible causes (sleep deprivation, stress, thyroid issues, infections). A high TSH from a home test (see context) can also indicate hypothyroidism, which causes fatigue. The nutrient test alone is insufficient to evaluate fatigue. For persistent tiredness, a doctor should perform a systematic workup including complete blood count, thyroid panel, and other relevant tests. The test may provide a preliminary hint but does not replace medical diagnosis. Evidence: marketing/unclear.
