MyBody-X approaches longevity not as a single gene trait, but as an interplay of genetics, biomarkers, and lifestyle. DNA analysis can indicate predispositions (e.g., for alcohol metabolism, bone health, or triglyceride levels), but effects are typically small and non-deterministic.
