A longevity DNA test does not measure blood markers; it analyzes genetic variants. Blood markers such as HbA1c, CRP, LDL/HDL, triglycerides, vitamin D, homocysteine, liver enzymes, and creatinine are more directly linked to aging processes and disease risk. Evidence for individual markers is sometimes strong (e.g., HbA1c and mortality), but a single blood value cannot predict overall lifespan.
