The NutriCheck I Intolerance Test is a commercial test that typically measures IgG antibodies to foods or analyzes genetic variants. What it can tell you: It may identify foods to which your immune system has produced IgG antibodies, or reveal genetic predispositions for lactose intolerance, fructose malabsorption, or histamine intolerance. What it cannot tell you: It is not a diagnostic tool for true food allergies (IgE-mediated) or for autoimmune conditions like celiac disease. The evidence for IgG-based tests is weak; many medical societies advise against them because IgG often reflects normal immune exposure, not intolerance.
