Can AMH help with stress?

AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) is a marker of ovarian reserve and is not used for stress assessment. Stress is primarily evaluated via cortisol, adrenaline, and subjective questionnaires. The MyBody-X Men’s Wellness Check measures cortisol, not AMH. There is no validated evidence linking AMH to stress. For stress measurement, cortisol tests (saliva, blood) or HRV analysis are appropriate. AMH remains a fertility parameter. Evidence grade: marketing/unclear, as no supporting context is provided.
