Can IgE help with Fruchtbarkeit?

The question whether IgE can help with fertility is not supported by scientific evidence. IgE is an antibody primarily involved in allergic responses. There are no robust studies showing a direct link between IgE levels and male or female fertility. While indirect mechanisms (e.g., chronic inflammation from allergies) could theoretically affect fertility, this remains speculative and not a clinical recommendation. The evidence level is therefore unclear. For fertility issues, validated biomarkers such as hormone profiles (FSH, LH, AMH) and imaging are recommended, not IgE testing.
