The Fertility Check (Fruchtbarkeits-Test) primarily measures hormones such as AMH, FSH, LH, and estradiol, which are relevant for fertility. An indirect link to skin aging exists via estradiol: estrogen decline during menopause accelerates collagen breakdown and skin laxity. However, the test is not validated for assessing skin aging. Skin aging is driven by UV exposure, lifestyle, genetics, and other factors not captured by this test. The evidence is mechanistic – no studies directly connect the Fertility Check to skin aging. For targeted anti-aging skin care, established dermatological assessments or specific skin aging tests are more appropriate. At best, the test may provide a rough hormonal snapshot, but it cannot guide anti-aging interventions.
