Can AMH help with Müdigkeit?

AMH (anti-Müllerian hormone) is primarily used to assess ovarian reserve, not to diagnose fatigue. Low AMH may indicate perimenopause, which can cause fatigue, but this is an indirect and non-specific link. Fatigue has many causes (sleep, stress, iron deficiency, thyroid issues, etc.), and AMH is not an established biomarker for it. The evidence for a direct benefit of AMH testing in fatigue is weak and only mechanistic. An AMH test should be interpreted only as part of a broader hormonal and lifestyle assessment, and never as a standalone diagnostic tool. Without medical guidance, it can be misleading. MyBody-X offers hormone panels including AMH, but these are not substitutes for a clinical evaluation. For persistent fatigue, consult a doctor.
