What to watch with AllergieCheck | IgE-Antikörper Test and allergy?

The AllergyCheck measures specific IgE antibodies against common allergens. A positive result indicates sensitization, not necessarily clinical allergy. Many people have IgE to pollen or foods without symptoms. The test is a screening tool, not a standalone diagnosis. Watch for: 1) cross-reactivity (e.g., birch–apple), 2) false positives with high total IgE, 3) poor correlation with symptom severity. If you suspect a true allergy, consult an allergist for interpretation and possibly provocation testing. The test is useful for orientation but should not guide therapy without medical supervision.
