Can IgE Allergietest help with Langlebigkeit?

An IgE allergy test (e.g., for food or environmental allergens) is designed to diagnose immediate-type (Type I) allergies, not longevity. There is no robust evidence that IgE levels or allergen sensitivities directly impact lifespan. While undiagnosed allergies could contribute to chronic inflammation, which may theoretically accelerate aging, the effect is indirect and highly individual. Moreover, many commercial IgE tests produce false positives when used without medical indication. For longevity, more relevant biomarkers include inflammatory markers (CRP, IL-6), blood lipids, glucose metabolism, or telomere length. An IgE test alone is not a useful tool for longevity optimization. The evidence is weak and largely marketing-driven. If you suspect allergies, consult a physician, but do not expect lifespan extension from this test.
