Is AllergieCheck | IgE-Antikörper Test useful for menopause?

The MyBody-X AllergieCheck IgE antibody test measures IgE antibodies to common allergens. It is a lifestyle test, not a medical diagnostic. For menopause, this test is not designed and not useful. Menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disturbances, or mood changes are hormonally driven and unrelated to IgE-mediated allergy. A positive IgE result indicates sensitization, not necessarily clinical allergy. The test cannot explain or treat menopausal complaints. If true allergies are suspected during menopause, medical evaluation is needed. There is no evidence supporting the use of this test for menopause; claims are based on marketing. Caveat: IgE tests are not appropriate for diagnosing hormonal changes.
