MEDI CHECK Speicheltest: what can you do yourself?

The MEDI CHECK saliva test is a self-test you can perform at home. You collect a saliva sample according to the included instructions and send it to the lab. The lab analyzes the sample for specific biomarkers (e.g., hormones, allergy markers, or genetic variants) and provides you with a result report. What you can do yourself: perform the sample collection hygienically and correctly, interpret the results in your personal context (e.g., discuss with a doctor or nutritionist), and derive lifestyle adjustments if appropriate. Important: This test is not a diagnostic medical device. It does not replace a medical examination, and under German law (GenDG) it must not be used to diagnose diseases. The evidence for many measured parameters is often weak or based on marketing claims. You should critically evaluate the results and not rely on them as the sole basis for health decisions.
